[squeak-dev] Squeak OpenGL

In the "wouldn't it be nice if ..." category and in the light of
Andreas Raab and company's new contribution of the OpenGL FFI modules
for Squeak, here's an idea that might be worth pursuing. It's on my
list but not currently near the top.
In a current trunk image with the new OpenGL stuff loaded, load in
Alessandro Warth's OMeta for Squeak (which would be really interesting
to learn more about) and use it to build a source-to-source "compiler"
for Squeak (or more likely a subset like Slang) to ARB Assembly or
GLSL to allow coding shader programs in Squeak. Sounds like fun!
