Chris,
I tried to do the same but I am seemingly following other steps
Would it be possible to elaborate a bit more how you arrive at loading Seaside?

Thank you in advance
Hannes

What I did:
---------------

1. Menu Tools -> Monticello Browser
2. Button '+ Repository'
3. Choose 'Http'
4. Paste in
MCHttpRepository
    location: 'http://www.squeaksource.com/Seaside'
    user: ''
    password: ''

5. Click on the 'Open' button

No 'Configuration' visible .....
