The site (http://www.squeak.org/) tells

...bla... It is available on our ftp site.

But it appears that the ftp site (http://ftp.squeak.org/Cog/) provides
outdated copies of VMMaker and I guess no one can go much further with
this material.
Please replace the link or remove.
