There should be etoys.image and etoys.changes files somewhere in that
directory (perhaps Etoys-Dev-4.1.app/Contents/Resources/etoys.image
and Etoys-Dev-4.1.app/Contents/Resources/etoys.changes). You should
be able to copy those files to wherever you normally keep your images,
and use them directly like any other image.
