If you open up a Squeak image, select Open.. SqueakMap Catalog, you should
see in the list Classbox and ClassboxBrowser.  The code appears to date
back to 2005/2004, but should be available to load and try out.

Note that I haven't done this - you may (or may not) need an older version
of Squeak to get this code working.
