This has several missing classes, I just discovered: SExpElement,
EToyExpressionTransformer2 and SugarPropertiesNotification.

I only just noticed now because
Tests.Release.ReleaseTest.testUndeclared often fails for spurious
reasons (discussed at length elsewhere).
