What about snap (JavaScript implementation)?

http://chirp.scratchr.org/dl/experimental/JsMorphic/snap.html

It should run on tablets.

The directory is open

http://chirp.scratchr.org/dl/experimental/JsMorphic/

The implementation of Morphic.js is very readable.
