MCTool -> Morphic (was Re: [squeak-dev] UI feedback badness in 4.4-12550-ish image)

I think this is because, back in 2004 when Avi made Monticello, we did not
have the trunk process we have now, and it was easier to diverge than to
try to integrate.

I know of no reason we still need MCTool.  But if we do get rid of it,
let's throw that modal junk out the window too!
