mcz files --> change sets for Squeak files since 2008? (was Re: [squeak-dev] more archaeology)

I really know next to nothing about monticello or about the procedures 
that were in place for those years. Bert did point me to a place to get 
change sets, but it did not seem to be working very well, so I've not 
made any progress.
