[squeak-dev] more debugger

Okay. I should really be sleeping right now though (d'oh, went to bed
early, got woken up at 1am by the crinkling of a bag of chips/crisps) so if
I haven't got this done (or run into problems) in around 24hrs, yell at me.
I'm interested to see what he's done with this.
