The "In-Reply-To:" hierarchy is to the MCVersionInfo hierarchy as the
Subject-Line of an email is to an expanded MCVersionName of saved
package versions.

Each is a loosey-goosey String-matching strategy replacing a hard,
UUID reference hierarchy.
