The issue with the builder not keeping track of origin of help topics is
quite annoying. It makes the HelpBrowser not very reflective and stiff.
That makes it stand out against the rest of the Squeak tools that are much
more interactive and lively.

One benefit with cashing is that it is really fast when searching
