[squeak-dev] Issue updating Squeak 5.0

Hi.

While upgrading a 5.0 image:
  Squeak5.0
  latest update: #15117
  Current Change Set: Unnamed1
  Image format 6521 (32 bit)

I get the error:
  MessageNotUnderstood: CompiledMethod class>>maxNumLiterals

It looks like the Compiler update was loaded before the Kernel update -
causing failure at that point.  The error is coming from
Encoder>>maxNumLiterals.

Maybe an update map is needed?

Anyone else experiencing this?
