Hannes,

I got as far as a failure to load System-cwp.781 with missing dependency on
class UnhandledWarning:

"Warning: This package depends on the following classes:
  UnhandledWarning
You must resolve these dependencies before you will be able to load these
definitions:
  UnhandledWarning>>defaultAction"

The version of package system for 4.6 is System-topa.753
