Not juest Delay, but deriving all time from the microsecond clock
primitives, and eliminating the code for the now unnecessary
overflow/wraparound of the millisecond clock. So yes please. I also made
changes at Cadence that mean one can profile across a snapshot and hence
profile start-up and shut-down activities. I'll integrate this after you
integrate the microsecond clock basis.
