Click-to-refresh is enabled if you comment out a line in
PluggableTreeMorph. I'm not sure if this has consequences for other users
of PluggableTreeMorph.

PluggableTreeMorph>>setSelectedMorph: aMorph

"Avoid unnecessary model callbacks."
--> "self selectedMorph == aMorph ifTrue: [^ self]."
       ...
