I think this is Mantis 7833: You can not switch back from fullscreen on a linux 64-bit system

The fix was applied last November (SVN trunk and oscog) and is present in
current interpreter and Cog/Spur VMs.

Older VMs, possibly including the All-in-one, would have the bug.
