Success!

The folder 'scamper-icons' (in [1]) needs to be placed in a folder
'Scamper'. And the folder 'Scamper' needs to be in the folder where
the image is.

 >
> - fonts
> - scamper-icons
>
> I loaded the TTF files in 'fonts' folder with the FontImporter tool
> (menu 'Apps / Font importer').

Then I can do for example

     Scamper openOnUrl: 'http://wiki.squeak.org/squeak/6572'

with a good result for the Squeak wiki (attached screen shot)
