Hi.

After running the tests, this category (Test-MonticelloMocks) is left in
the system.  It should be removed after the tests - I just can't quite
figure out where.

Maybe this method?
  MCTestCase>>restoreMocks
self mockSnapshot updatePackage: self mockPackage

It is called at the in conjuction with #tearDown - both before and after a
few times.
