Hi Marcel,

I noticed that it has become quite frustrating and disrupting to
attempt to grab splitter bars anymore, because their sensitivity to
mouse-overness appears to not work for the bottom-two rows (or, for
vertical splitters, the right-two columns) of pixels, leaving just the
remaining two pixels (of four) for the user to grab it.

I have no idea why, but I wanted to report it...
