Hello,

There is currently a glitch in the handling of the cursor look (its shape):

 From a brand new recent image, click in the 'Welcome to Squeak' text so 
that it gets keyboard focus, then create a morph and invoke its halo, 
and drag it over the text. The cursor shape will not change into an 
arrow when over one of the morph handles, if that handle is above the text.
