[squeak-dev] swiki source suited to recent Squeaks

My idea was just to export everything as sources in a comprehensive
hierarchy. This could be loaded from sources with minimal tooling (i.e.
cuis) via Sake/Packages, where Sake handles the dependencies. This
worked reasonably well and could handle the whole Seaside dependency
tree (for which they wrote a custom website)
