[squeak-dev] WG: Your message to Beginners awaits moderator approval

I'm with Dave on this.  The problem with allowing larger attachments on
more widely used mailing lists is people start cluttering up posts with
images in their sigs, html posts etc. and pretty soon even a trivial 'I
agree' post comes along with a couple meg of cruft.
