I’m happy you found this. I always liked this page. As Hannes said previously, I ported Swiki to 4.5. [1] 
It’d be cool to add an example of TurtleGraphics to WebServer. It was a module in Comanche in Squeak 3.1 (~2001). 
If this Squeak4.5 image is of any use to you, you're welcome to it.
