[squeak-dev] Debian tarball updates?

Yes that one should mention it's a little bit outdated, having been updated
as recently as 2009.

Phil is doing great work in bringing the Debian packages up-to-date
(including Cog VM etc). Discussion is happening mostly on our slack in #vm.
