Why not just change MCMockPackageInfo to match the contract in
PackageInfo instead of changing the world to accommodate MCMockPackageInfo?

There is no TestCase for PackageInfo to claim otherwise, so why not
treat PackageInfo's contract as authoritative and MCMockPackageInfo be
in the wrong?
