[squeak-dev] Inconsistent flaps in new Morphic projects

Hi,

In a fresh 6.0 image --

1) create a new Morphic project.  Enter it.  Flaps will appear.
2) go to previous project.
3) create another new Morphic project.  Enter it.  Flaps will not  
appear.

Haven't done research into why.
