A naive question: are there now specific coding guidelines for getting the best out of the JIT, or can we go and code as usual and expect all methods to run much faster automatically ?<br></blockquote><div><br></div><div>
Since Cog is a work in progress, and since future performance work should address performance needs of current code I would not want to recommend any changes in style. Cog is intended to make Squeak code run faster, and hopefully it'll get better at doing so.</div>
