A project that I think should garner support would be SqueakNOS. Investigate getting around the problem kf snapshotting the image by doing away with the idea of snapshotting to a file. Files require a file system. It needs an object memory system with an immutable, protected kernel memory and a separate "user memory". Spoon looks very promising as a way to accomplish this.<br>
