Rationale: New project creation is no longer disabled on <a href="http://squeaksource.com" rel="noreferrer" target="_blank">squeaksource.com</a>.<br>
The <a href="http://smalltalkhub.com" rel="noreferrer" target="_blank">smalltalkhub.com</a> site is still beta so I am not sure that it should<br>
be recommended. The <a href="http://ss3.gemstone.com" rel="noreferrer" target="_blank">ss3.gemstone.com</a> seems to be solid and well supported.<br>
