The ARM code generator in Cog is in a good state and we're supporting Squeak 5.0 Cog on ARM and building Newspeak Cog VMs for ARM. But the same can't be said of the simulator, with which we develop the code generator. Tim Rowledge recently added support for floating point support for the ARM code generator, which is great for floating point performance, but alas the simulator can't simulate the generated vfp (virtual floating point) instructions.
