The whole library should have been managed like the Terse Guide, instead of allowing non-terse garbage additions like the HALO around windows. It seems many Smalltalk sandbox players never had a life where they learned computers were invented to automate things instead of make partially developed features that actually require more human work and telling everyone else to join in and do the work that should have been done before the new feature was released.
