Ad 1), I have to agree with Marcel, you should not need to intall Metacello manually before.<br>

Ad 2), this is true. Will think about a redesign this dialog.<br>

Would you mind to share some feedback on general usability as well? Is the tool intuitively usable for you? Did you manage to send a reply message from it? Did you find all features you would need to orientate on the mailing list or to find a particular inbox version? Or are there any missing features or imcomprehensible buttons/menus? Under what circumstances would you consider using Squeak Inbox Talk in your everyday workflow, or what would need to be changed in order to convince you? Some feedback on this would be awesome! :-)<br>
