[Squeak-fr] How to avoid code rotting in 3.9

Hi all

before jumping into 3.9 stream, I would like to stress (by experience 
been the guy
that rewrote several KCP fixes because we could not push them 
immediately in the stream)
that to lower frustration between the team we should find a good way to 
push items in the
3.9 alpha.

 From my experience I would do the following:
	- work always with the latest 3.9alpha udpated image
	- do small steps and publish them fast so maybe one responsible per 
team should be able to
	push code in the stream?

Does it make sense to others? Doug?
