[BUG] Passing a LargeInteger to primSignal:atMilliseconds: hangs VM ( Image problem not VM, I think. )

On a 5878 image the example
(Delay forMilliseconds: 100 factorial) wait.
causes an emergency error handler (the ugly scribble-on-the-screen
stackbacktrace) which you can exit. You immediately get a notifier which
is unresponsive to anything except an interrupt-key. Further notifiers
are similarly unhelpful.

Clearly the VM is not hung but the image certainly isn't in the most
chatty frame of mind.
