[FIX] BitmapFillStyleOriginFix-klc-1 ( [er][et] recommended for inclusion into the image )

At Apr 22 Ken posted a bug report that is clearly related to this fix.
To use a kind of an OrientedFillStyle, one has to set the origin, and it
is
a good idea to do it for a BitmapFillStyle when the bitmap is loaded.
BitmapFillStyle>>fromUser also sets the origin and this fix brings
fromForm: in line with fromUser.
