[BUG][FIX] Integer>>printOn:base: fix prevents VM crash ( clarification - this fix still needed )

Clarification: this patch is still needed.

Although the bounds check problem in LargeIntegers plugin has now been
corrected (so we no longer have a VM crash), evaluating
"LargePositiveInteger new: 4" still produces a debugger window on
'Squeak3.7beta of ''1 April 2004'' [latest update: #5923]' if this patch
has not been applied.

If reviewers agree, this patch should be scheduled for Squeak 3.8.
