[Bug] TextMorph 'text color...' interface applies style to entire text not just selection ( [er][et] Bug is still in 3.7alpha #5657 as Ken describes it )

Drag out a TextMorp, type in the String 
'This is a test of the emergency broadcasting system' 
Choose 'text color...' from the halo menu.  Uncheck 'Apply changes  to
entire text'
Select part of the text. 
Change the stle
The entire string is changed to the new style when you choose accept
(or cancel for that matter).
