[BUG] Two SqueakMap instances in SM2 installation ( [closed] Not a bug. )

When SM loads updates it fetches a whole new map in ImageSegment form.
It loads that map into ram and then copies over the contents of it. This
means that "SMSqueakMap allInstances" may show more than one. But
"SMSqueakMap default" should always return the same one.
