Fixed in latest RB at

The real cause is that  3.7a has three method in Preferences>>class
wrongly categoriesed
as *Refactory, and then the RB package itself does only have two of
those... fix for 
now: added the method to RB package (needed there, too). Fix for the
image will follow.
