[ENH][VM] primitiveCopyObject-ar [er] [et] [cd] [sm] ( [approved] )

I've added this prim to the codebase for VMMaker 3.7 beta with the
proviso that it is now installed as prim 168 instead of as a no-module
named prim.

Revised method #copyFrom: attached for image harvesting
