Misc fixes for the BFAV:
* be more robust with bad email addresses
* don't blow up when posting from the ChangeSorter
* make sure that the window title is a String not a Text.
* proper accept method in the DecentReviewerNotePad so that we can
cancel and revert, and so that the red highlight disappears.
