[ENH][FIX] FasterBFAV-nk

I got tired of waiting 9 seconds every time I changed the selection in
the BFAV (on my slow Mac), so decided to speed it up a bit.

First I cached the texts in the ArchivePosts, then I remembered about
the LargeLists hooks for avoiding accessing the whole list.

This CS speeds up selection of an already-read post from 9.2 seconds to
0.140 seconds on my Mac.
