[FIX][GOODIE] WhiskerFix-initializePreferences-3.7a ( Whisker won't load in 3.7 )

WhiskerBrowser class>>initializePreferences used "Smalltalk changes" and
"Smalltalk newChanges:" which seem to be gone in 3.7 so I changed them
to "ChangeSet current" and "ChangeSet newChanges:" and it (seemed) to
work fine.
