I for one can't make heads or tails of this.  This is a lone message
without any of the rest of the thread.  I tried searching for just
*publish* but can't find any of the rest of the thread.  On top of that
there is no attachment in the archives any longer.  Seems this should
just be closed as 'non-actionaable'.
