[FIX] selectedMessageWithoutSensor-chb ( [et] Unable to reproduce problem before installing fix; recommend closing as non-problem )

Bug is described as : "Prior to this change, using CTRL-S to save code
in a browser with the
duplicateControlAndAltKeys preference turned on caused decompiled code
to be displayed."
Repeated scenario in 3.71 #5623 and could did not get decompiled code
displayed.
