[FIX] NewClassComments ( [er][et][sm][cd] Recommend including the modified changeset. )

As modified this changeset adds two new class comments, which is
goodness.  The orginal changeset included a month class comment and
method, which conflict with the hopefully soon to be accepted Chronology
package.  I removed these two.  I recommend implementing the modified
change set.
Tested and reviewed against 3.7a #5623 with Brent's chronology changes
also loaded.
