[FIX] BFAVFileListOpenFix-nk v3 -- CS 5948 compatibility, all fixes together ( [closed] Including with #166 )

Two of the three methods are already in #165, so I've just added
dirAndFileName.  I don't see any immediate need but it does make the
protocol similar to FileList.
