[BUG] File List does not delete files ( [er][sm][et][approved] Andreas' fix attached. )

I have attached and also tested the cs that Andreas points to below in
5923, it sure seems to fix the problem and the fix itself is just a
refactoring that adds a proper "ensure: [file close]".

Note: BFAV dragging of ChangeSets seems a bit buggy. Not sure if I got
it working.
