A more comprehensive fix (for this and related problems) is in my
FileListOpenFix-nk v2 changes, which fix not only this problem but also
allow the same services to work from the BFAV and ArchiveViewer.

The fix is similar: defer the opening of the stream until you've
actually chosen the menu action.

I'd recommend my changes instead of this particular fix.
